It's our belief that climate and soil should be in harmony for the production of quality wine grapes. The Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Albariño utilises a low trellis and reduced grape spacing requiring each vine to do less work and allow greater control over grape bunches and their quality. The Tempranillo vines are planted in a tradition Spanish style of 1 meter by 1 meter and pruned to a bush vine while the Shiraz are on a tall traditionally Australian trellis making the most of its vigour.
